We build the first working version of your app. For the web, that's an MVP of your web application. For phones, it's one codebase that runs on iPhone and Android.

Contractor websites with bid alerts
For: Trade contractors who want a website and a view of public bids in their area.
We build your website and give you a dashboard of public bids near you. It uses the same kind of public-bid monitoring we built for Opprio.

Cell 05
Care plans
For: Anyone who wants their site kept hosted, updated and backed up after launch.
Care plans are optional, and they work whether we host your site or you do. If we host it, we bill the hosting fees separately, and the hosting fees include your SSL certificate. Plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What you get
- Essentials ($75/mo): hosting if we host your site (fees billed separately), software and security updates, daily backups and uptime monitoring. Edits are billed at $85 an hour.
- Standard ($150/mo): everything in Essentials, plus up to 1 hour of edits a month and a monthly automated broken-link check
- Priority ($300/mo): everything in Standard, plus up to 3 hours of edits a month (unused hours don't roll over), replies within 1 business day and a quarterly report on site speed and search visibility

How a project works

Launch and upkeep
We launch it. If you choose a care plan, we keep it hosted, updated and backed up.
Payment: Projects under $10,000 are a 50% deposit and 50% at launch. Projects of $10,000 or more are paid in milestones, such as 30/40/30. You can pay by card or ACH through Stripe-hosted invoices.
Our work: Opprio
We designed and built Opprio end to end, from the data pipeline to the subscription site. Opprio watches federal contract and grant postings and alerts small businesses to the ones that fit them. It's built with Next.js, TypeScript and Postgres.
Questions
Who writes the text for my site?
You do. You supply the text, and we build the site around it.
Who owns the app store accounts?
You do. The Apple App Store and Google Play accounts are in your name, and you pay the store fees. The first submission to both stores is included.
How do we stay in touch?
By email or the contact form. Everything stays in writing, so you get clear answers, a record of every decision, and the freedom to reply when it suits you.
Do I need a care plan?
No. You can host your site yourself and still add a care plan for updates and edits. If we host it, you pay the hosting fees plus your plan.
What happens after launch?
A care plan keeps your site updated and backed up. Plans start at $75/month. Standard includes up to 1 hour of edits a month, and Priority includes up to 3 hours.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes. Care plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
